Inspection before every stage

Reinforcement, formwork and shuttering are checked and signed off before any pour. Nothing is covered until it is approved.

Approved materials only

Concrete mixes, blockwork, cladding and finishes follow the approved submittals and consultant specification.

Our own supervision

Site engineers and foremen from our own staff supervise every trade, so responsibility is never passed down the chain.

Façade and minaret works are executed from fully tied, inspected scaffold with safe access at every level.

Lifting operations

Crane lifts are planned with exclusion zones and trained signallers before any load leaves the ground.
